Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery- BSMS Degree course

 Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS) is a professional degree course for siddha medicine. Siddha medicine is a traditional Indian system of medicine originated in south India. The professional degree courses of all indian systems of medicine comes under the regulations of Central council of Indian Medicine ( CCIM) .The Central Council of Indian Medicine is the statutory body constituted under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. Under the affiliation of CCIM various Universities of states of India conduct professional degree courses. 

 

Syllabus and Duration of cource.

Curricula and Syllabus of  all AYUSH courses are prescribed by CCIM. The Duration of course is 5 and Half years. 

Eligibility and Qualification

For getting admission, one must posses all  qualification prescribed by Govt of India for a medical professional course,  such as NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) etc. And also should apply systematically in desired state with prescribed mandatory certificates.
